Onward Network provides a technology platform that connects veteran service organizations with tools to verify, serve, and track impact for veterans in their communities. Our Services include:

• Veteran verification and eligibility services
• Service coordination and tracking tools for VSOs
• Impact measurement and reporting capabilities
• Communication tools between VSOs and veterans
• Resource discovery and connection services

User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

VSO Responsibilities

Veteran Service Organizations using our platform additionally agree to:

• Maintain appropriate licenses, registrations, and compliance with applicable laws
• Protect the confidentiality of veteran information accessed through our platform
• Use veteran data only for legitimate service delivery purposes
• Report accurate service delivery and impact data
• Maintain professional standards in interactions with veterans

Intellectual Property

Our Services and their contents, features, and functionality are owned by Onward Network and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide our Services.

You represent that you have the rights to submit any content you provide and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONWARD PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onward Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination
